Satisfaction Policy

I guarantee you the best product and services. It is always my goal to exceed your expectations, but sometimes things go wrong. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me right away so I can attempt to fix the issue. If the problem is with taste or quality of the cake, it must be returned to me immediately to refund any portion of your payment. Refunds will not be given for any other reason.

Cancellations made more than one month ahead can be refunded up to 50% of the balance paid. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than one month in advance. Deposits are also non-refundable.
